Return Policy – Detroit Import Company

At Detroit Import Company, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. This detailed return policy outlines our guidelines and procedures to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.
- Eligibility:

- Return Process:
3.1. - Refund Process:

5.1. Customers may request an exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. a) Follow the return process outlined in section 3 and specify the desired item(s) for exchange. b) If the desired item(s) are out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1. Detroit Import Company reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if the item(s) do not meet the stated eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or damage caused by the customer. 8.2. Exceptions to this return policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to management approval.
